technology & realisation
CBL P2 was the first time I tried to use Arduino, and I’ve never had any similar prior experiences. The learning curve has been steep, but in the end, the process has been rewarding.
To me, technology & realisation are the most fascinating aspects of design. It is the act of producing something tangible that drives me. And with Arduino, most of the ideas that seemed impossible before are now much easier to achieve. I still struggle with electronics and programming, and the learning process is far from over, but I am keen to become more competent.
CAD is also another area in which I find myself quickly progressing. I have not had the chance to incorporate it much in my CBL P2 project, but I try to close the gap with personal projects.
Another addition to my skill set was learning to use Processing 4 in the Creative Programming course. It has forced me to think in a non-linear way, and forced me to think around the circuit, not the other way around.
