user & society

Human Centered Design courses taught me how to put the user first when designing. A product’s intuitiveness and enjoyability are what retain the user, not just the aesthetics.

I’ve also learned about the importance of design iteration based on user feedback, which lent itself to CBL P1, where I constantly tested and tried to find weak spots in our product’s enjoyability.

It is the user who will regularly interact with the product, not the designer, nor the engineer. In this case, the only logical approach is to put the user’s needs and wants first.
